Probiotics

Having given up alcohol a year+ ago, these are the kind of cocktails that makes my heart go swoon these days...  all for strength and good health.

Adding healthy lactobacillus bacteria to my stomach through the means of goat kefir. Mixing it up with a couple squeezes delectable pomegranate juice, and a few spoonfuls of its seeds.

A delicious way to round off any day. 

Other ways to increase the number of good bacteria in your stomach:

- Eat other fermented foods, such as yoghurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, kombucha.

- Give up sugar.

- Limit antibiotics. 

- Limit stress. 

- Sleep much and well. 

- Eat more greens and dietary fiber. 

- Swim outdoors and fresh water rather than chlorinated swimming pools. 

- Use organic/eco friendly household cleaners.
