Start your day right


Nothing sets you up for a better start to the day. Nothing helps heal and prevent disease better than a big bunch of raw greens, maybe mixed with a fruit or two. Try and get 1-2 kilos of plants into your body each day. Smoothies are the easiest way to make this happen. Make a whole big jug and feel the power of the plants go into each of your cells as you drink one glass after another.

My healthiest morning ritual:

✨ Wake up stretch
✨ Glass of warm water to help digestion and cleanse out accumulated toxins
✨ Celery juice (if I wasn’t traveling and had my juicer)
✨ Short breathing exercise to prepare the body for:
✨ Meditation
✨ Gratitude practice
✨ Green smoothie
